The Nautitech catamaran shipyard
The Nautitech shipyard in Rochefort merged with CIM yachts which has over 20 years of building experience producing large yachts and catamarans. With over 6000 the shipyard has 13 000m² of space and is classified according to the modern industrial production tools to ensure high quality manufacturing.

The production is divided into two halls and is equipped with four movable bridges. The shipyard has a capacity for 100 workmen. The sharing of facilities and technology between CIM and Nautitech provide efficient and quality production.

Casting and shaping of the hulls is a very crucial step in the production process which is very carefully controlled by the whole team.

All bulkheads are positioned by
hand so that the stiffness and durability of the catamarans is guaranteed. All woods and materials are of the highest quality.

The deck is part of the structure (ie the seats) and have been adjusted and are directly connected to the fuselage. The whole of the interior gets laminated again which makes for perfect stability and water tightness.

Once the bulkheads are installed, the interior and the roof is ready to be placed. The catamaran can leave the yard, the water resistance, engines, electricity and other inspected by the people of the yard. For the first delivery, everything is checked again during an extensive trial.
